  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of membership or event fee payments, refunds will be reviewed case-by-case.
