About The Da’ Mushroom Project

The Da’ Mushroom Nursery Project is a flagship initiative of the AMCOF FOUNDATION, designed to revolutionize the mushroom cultivation ecosystem in India.
It aims to create a standardized, scalable, and sustainable model for mushroom production that empowers farmers, generates rural employment, and strengthens the organic agriculture value chain.

Project Vision

To establish a nationwide ecosystem of mushroom nurseries and processing hubs that promote:

  • Sustainable and chemical-free production

  • Rural entrepreneurship and self-reliance

  • Consistent quality and supply for domestic and export markets

The project represents a modern approach to traditional cultivation, combining technology, training, and market connectivity under one unified platform.

Our Objectives

  • Standardize Mushroom Cultivation Practices
Implement uniform protocols across all member farms to ensure consistent quality and high yield.

  • Promote Rural Entrepreneurship
Enable small and marginal farmers to set up micro mushroom units with AMCOF’s technical and financial support.

  • Develop Spawn Production Centers
Establish regional mushroom spawn laboratories to provide farmers with certified, high-quality spawn.

  • Build Market Linkages & Buy-Back Systems
Ensure every farmer gets fair value through organized procurement, branding, and sales support.

  • Create Employment Opportunities
Generate sustainable income sources for women, rural youth, and farmer groups.

Technology Integration

The Da’ Mushroom Project uses modern automation and digital tools to improve productivity and quality:

  • IoT-based monitoring for humidity, temperature, and CO₂ control

  • AI-powered yield analysis and farm tracking

  • Mobile apps for farmer networking, learning, and order management

  • Eco-friendly energy systems using solar power and water recycling

These innovations help farmers increase yield by 30–40% while reducing input costs and environmental impact.
